Hylite

Hylite

Hylite is a revolutionary tech platform that helps customers easily recognize individual employees. With Hylite, customers can quickly scan a QR code and send a quick text, providing positive feedback (“Hylites”) about an individual employee. Businesses receive these positive Hylites, along with insights and analytics. Using Hylite boosts employee morale and retention, drives customer engagement, and creates a more positive workplace.

Starting in June of 2021, I began working as a graphic designer for Hylite. I was in charge of creating all graphics for the up-and-coming business—including signage, social media, and client facing materials.

Pitch Deck

One of the first things I did for Hylite upon being hired was overhaul the company’s pitch deck. The pitch deck is how Hylite is presented to prospective clients, so its appearance and content is of paramount importance.

One Pager

Hylite is a startup and not yet a household name, so we needed to create something we could share with prospective clients that would explain what Hylite is and why it’s important, in a powerful yet concise way. I designed this one pager that we could share digitally or via print with businesses we thought could use Hylite. We created a one-pager for businesses, and for onboarding employees.

Social Media

Another one of my roles for the Hylite team was being in charge of graphics for social media. That means I create content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn—as well as doing other video editing for Hylite.

I designed templates for new locations, employee spotlights, weekly round-ups, stat posts, and new blog posts. I also did the video editing for employee testimonials, and created special stat animations as well.
